Positive: Very welcoming, keen to make us comfortable. Food superb. home made pasta very impressive. Service very welcoming. When I forgot my phone - Margaret made contact straight away and offered to ask post office how it could be sent to our home. This reassurance was way beyond expectation, making me reassured and grateful.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Good communication and very nice host! We arrived late (around 8:15) but could still get some delicious food from the restaurant, in a pretty dining room. We loved the atmosphere in this hotel! The bed was very good and the bedroom quiet. We wanted to go to Portmagee about 25 minutes away and it was an excellent place to stay.
Negative: The window in the bathroom, we couldn’t find how to close it on our own + taps in 1 out of 2 sinks were wobbly (not very important).
Summary: A cosy and confortable place to stay with a lovely atmosphere!
