Positive: Spotlessly clean. Cozy and warm. Well equipped. Shower fab. Table and chairs outside. Easy to find - lovely village. Nearby field for walking dogs down to the castle. Very near to Golden Valley stunning scenery.

Negative: Garden area not secure for dogs. Could have done with some sort of table/locker next to bed in single room.

Summary: We recommend this property highly and hope to return to search for our ancestry

Positive: Quiet, clean very peaceful, very tidy lots of equipment; quality appliances very well stocked! Nice touches like cake and milk. Netflix good wi-fi very well maintained.

Negative: One started loo roll only; for 3 guests for 3 days not quite enough, given the size of the master bedroom the bed was a very small double, the room was large enough to take a king size or super king, however it was comfy and clean but feather duvets and feather pillows are not a great choice for hygiene and allergy reasons, all too heavy for the heat and summer season. Took everything off and had to sleep with the fan and the cover only.

Summary: Very Clean very tidy very well maintained, picturesque village lots of touches and very well loved!

Positive: Beautiful house and location. Extremely well equipped. The angel pub in the village does great food and has friendly staff and dog friendly. Great base for walking. The owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend. Love the chocolate, fizz, and cake on arrival. Lovely touches. Close to other towns and villages.

Negative: My only criticism was the double bed. A king would have been better, and the mattress was too soft for my taste.
