Positive: This place is a amazing. great views and a peaceful quiet atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed by Anna and got a tour of our own place as well as the nice spots of the property. Breakfast was great and we felf welcomed everysingle second of our stay. Thank you

Positive: Excellent communication. The rooms were massive, the lounge, kitchen, dining was well decorated with the essentials. It was a lovely cozy feeling. We liked that there was a master room with an ensuite, and 2 single beds for the kids. Biggest bonus was having a dishwasher in the kitchen. The location is so lovely, even though it's between 2 roads, we really didn't notice the traffic sounds. We enjoyed walking along one of the quieter roads. Would recommend!
Negative: The biggest annoyance for 2 of the 4 of us was the shower head which couldn't be adjusted, and hence just got sprayed in the face the whole time. The towels and the master bed linen were quite rough and was very scratchy. Might have just got unlucky with the linen provided.

Positive: It was very spacious and decor really nice. Lots of home touches, comfy throw rugs and ideal for couples going away for weddings. Close drive to Hastings, local pub and restaurants, would definitely recommend 😊
