Positive: lovely property with character, plenty of space for 6 and a small spaniel lots of character and lovely outdoor space
Negative: nothing per se Woodburner needs sorting as flue wouldn’t draw

Positive: Very clean and spacious. Nice garden. Lovely open plan living downstairs and comfortable bedrooms upstairs and on ground floor. Well equipped kitchen and nice to have a fire.
Negative: We liked everything however just a couple of things to note - downstairs bedroom door sticks on the floor so is difficult to open/close. We hunted for coasters but couldn’t find anything so we used our books instead. Would be good to give future guests heads up re £100 dog charge and also the fact there is no welcome pack I.E no milk, only a couple of tea bags which is different to our usual booking.com experiences.
Summary: Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful cottage with nice enclosed garden.

Positive: The House was very nice, cosy, comfortable and well-equiped. The little garten is great for a barbecue. The place is quiet and pleasant to sleep. We really liked it. It is a great place for holidays in the Peak District.
Negative: The only thing were the mattresses were a bit loud and soft.

Negative: Loved everything….. the only thing we couldn’t find was the outdoor light switch, just a thought in case you wanted to put it in the handy folder you provide (which was a great help thank you)
