Positive: Simple room with shared bathroom but very clean and nicely set out. Complementary coffee, cereal and toast avaiable in adjoining little breakfast area with fresh milk, butter etc which was a nice surprise Did the job prefectly well and good valuye. Staff very helpful and friendly

Positive: Location great, Bradford on Avon is a lovely town. Thr beds were comfortable.

Negative: I did not find any information about the fascilities being shared prior to our stay. It was not ideal sharing a bathroom with the other rooms and unknown guests and is nkt a situation I woukd have chosen had I been aware uppn booking. Some of the guests in other rooms were also very loud when we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was cereal or toast from self served in the communal kitchen area which also was not ideal.

Positive: Lovely old pub in a sweet little village. The food at the pub is wonderful and the staff all lovely. A very reasonable cost for somewhere to sleep. You help yourself to toast and cereal and coffee in the morning, which I liked.

Negative: No TV in the bedroom but it’s not a deal breaker for me.

Positive: Amazing breakfast. Cosy rooms. Felt very much at home instantly.

Negative: WiFi was a bit sketchy the first night, but was working well afterwards. Pub downstairs was delish, but on the slightly more expensive side.

Positive: Simple, good parking, comfortable rooms and clean shared bathroom. Do it yourself breakfast was perfectly adequate and we enjoyed chatting to the other couple staying

Negative: A bit clearer about check in time. I ticked 10-11pm arrival time but clearly the staff thought we were late. If there us a 10pm cut iff please could there be no option to tick a later time
