Positive: Great location and a lovely restoration of an imposing building. Marie was very helpful with local information and served a great breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Room (the pink room) was spacious and clean. Huge en-suite bathroom.

Positive: A beautiful building, a short walk from the center of Kings Lynn. A quiet location with good, secure parking. A clean well designed and kept room with a good shower, nice toiletries and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend

Positive: The Old Rectory is located in a quiet part of King's Lynn, within 15 mins walk of the town centre. There was off street parking available, but it would have been quite tight if the property was fully booked. The property operates a self service check in, with instructions being texted on the morning of arrival. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My room was in the bottom of the property, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order by a friendly and welcoming housekeeper.
Negative: The en suite shower room was quite small but the shower was clean and worked well

Negative: Basement room had poor wifi. Not clear on booking forms that breakfast was available. No desk in room to use laptop and poor wifi means I would not recommend for business stay
