Positive: Beautiful views in an idyllic location. A great place to relax. The property has everything you could possibly need. The owners were friendly and even dropped off a surprise package of fresh eggs!

Negative: The main bathroom is in need of a little maintenance- it is a little tired. However, being able to open the windows, I would say, is a greater need -again, some quality maintenance is needed. These are little things but would make the property exceptional.

Positive: Lovely property, really well located for the forest and Chester, really well equipped. Loved the fresh eggs.

Negative: There were just a couple of point which let it down, which is a shame because it’s a lovely quirky building. The couch had black tape over wholes in it, which looked awful. Some areas could have been cleaner, cobwebs around the house (above bed in the whole in the wall in main bedroom) , some areas quite dusty including in the bath, dead spider on carpet when we came in. Tooth brush holder wasn’t cleaned ( had tooth paste and hair in)

Summary: Fantastic spot, lovely house just needs a bit of a clean and the couch repairing properly

Positive: Beautiful property, comfortable and clean. Great location with lots of places only a short drive away and conveniently a pub in walking distance.

Negative: Needs a new tin opener please! Honestly, that’s all I can think of.
