Summary: We loved everything about our stay. Our hosts were very kind, and put generous effort into providing delicious breakfasts, giving suggestions about local attractions, and allowing us as much or as little cat time as we wanted. The room we were in was very cozy, with a comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches such as a water kettle for tea or coffee, a small fridge, and a TV setup we didn’t take advantage of. The private bathroom down the hall was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this lovely B&B to anyone who likes cats and doesn’t have mobility issues that would prevent them from getting up stairs. Thank you to Pat and Conrad for a wonderful stay!

Summary: This was our third visit to The One Cat and each time has been a pleasure. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and breakfast is something to look forward to in the morning. Pat and Conrad are excellent host!

Summary: Perfect location near downtown Brattleboro. Convenient, easy walk to shops, restaurants, museums. Pat and Conrad were warm, welcoming hosts. Conrad's homemade bread was delicious. I'm returning in October for his homemade English muffins and for some leaf peeping in the Green Mountains and the White Mountains just across the river. My room was very comfortable, with a comfy loveseat tucked under the corner windows for a perfect reading nook and what was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

Summary: Marvelous house with comfortable rooms, that included a wide variety of books and games in the public rooms. Clean and lovely in all ways. Most flavorful breakfast I have eaten in a long time.

Summary: This is an awesome B&B! Pat and Conrad are great hosts and they live on site so they are available if you need anything. The room was clean and very spacious. There was comfortable seating in addition to the bed. The room had it's own Keurig machine and it's own AC/heat system. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Several food and drink options to consider. Also, Conrad bakes his own bread. I had the maple oat bread which was so good. This was my first time in Brattleboro. I will definitely stay at the One Cat next time I am there!
