Positive: The One Villa was perfect for a visit to Chiang Mai with our extended families. There was ample space for everyone, and the kitchen was perfect for making meals on our own and being able to enjoy the pool! The pool is perfect! It's heated, so it was the perfect temperature to be refreshing, but not too cold - especially in the rainy season when pools are often too chilly! The property, the house, and all the rooms were comfortable and well kept. Overall, things we needed were readily available. We would definitely come back again!
Negative: At first there were no hand towels or dish towels, but the host promptly had them delivered. Paper towels and coffee filters would have helped a lot too, as we like to make our own coffee in the morning. But those things were all very minor, and the host was very accommodating.
Summary: A great getaway, fully equipped with LOTS of great space. The pool was perfect! Loved it. :)

Positive: Property is just as stated in the pictures, with everything available that you could need. It’s in a great area with lots of local services on the surrounding streets and really easy to organise transport from.
Negative: The downstairs room doesn’t have a bathroom with shower, just something to be aware of when planning who sleeps in each bedroom,
Summary: Great stay in an amazing villa that has everything you could ever want. We had an amazing time and of back in Chang Mai

Positive: This villa exceeded my expectations and was perfect for what I was looking for. It had a full kitchen with everything we needed. Host was easy to contact with questions and everything was clean and cozy. I would definitely return and have friends who will be booking on the future for family gatherings.

Positive: The location and the size. It was one of the few places where we could house 13 pax in Chiang Mai.
Negative: It wasn't quite clean. We spotted mosquito larvae in vases, insect carcasses across the floor. Often got bitten by mosquitoes and saw a couple of roaches running around.
