Positive: Friendly staff, very very clean room and very comfortable bed. When you book the micro room, you know the room is gonna be small but it has everything you need to make your stay at San Juan Island pleasant.

Positive: these are modest historic buildings barged down from Alaskan pipeline work. No extra space but everything was fine. Great location central to Friday Harbor.

Positive: it’s a tiny little hotel that doesn’t pretend to be more than it is. incredible location in downtown. it’s hard to find reasonably priced accommodations on the island, i love that this place exists. it’s super tiny! i knew that going in from other reviews i had read so it didn’t bother me. the buildings have a cool history, having been worker housing for the exxon valdez oil spill. highly recommend rewatching free willy while you’re here

Negative: smells a little. we brought sage to clean it out.

Positive: Close to downtown and ferry and food. All in all it was worth the rate.

Negative: Room very very small (1queen) & desk it the room was smaller than smallest cruise room. It was sooo tight. One side of the bed was up against the wall. But All in all it was worth the rate.

Positive: the Orca Inn will be my first shoice of where to stay in Friday Harbor. Great room, quiet, wakling distance to town, breakfast and grocery store. Staff was very pleasant.
