Positive: We loved our two night stay here during off peak season. The staff were lovely and made our desert experience truly magical. The food here was great, and the activities are readily available and for hotel guests only.
Negative: The showers were lukewarm which during the cold desert nights are a must! The food/drinks, whilst delicious, were on the pricier side for Moroccan standards. The cleaning of the rooms during our stay could be been improved.

Positive: We stayed in the Orion Dome and it truly felt like our own little paradise. The room was incredibly beautiful, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view, a very special experience overall. Dinner was excellent and made even more memorable by the entertainment. The musicians were fantastic and the fire show added a magical touch to the evening. We genuinely enjoyed it.
Negative: In the morning, the shower water unfortunately didn’t get warm. The issue was addressed after breakfast, but even then the water never became properly hot. As we stayed on a cold January day, a warmer shower would have been very welcome. I imagine this would be less of an issue during warmer months. The Wi-Fi worked well in the public areas, but the connection in the room itself didn’t function, which is something that should be improved considering the price level. Finally, while the staff was polite and efficiently arranged everything we asked for, they felt a bit more distant compared to the warm and personal service we experienced in other hotels in Marrakesh.

Positive: The location is very nice, and it has a good view of the desert and mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Negative: For the price we paid, which is very high for Morocco, what we got was not up to standards, considering we got much better places and services for half the price. The place is not yet finished, the Spa is not working, rooms are basic and food very average. Breakfast is mostly made of processed food and packed marmelade/honey, with no fruits or fresh products.. disappointing.
Summary: Nice place but definitely not worth the price!

Negative: Food was rather if mediocre quality. Bigger group of drunk guests were rather disturbing for the regular overnight guests. Would‘ve better to know of in advance.

Positive: Unique experience in the Agafay desert! The Dome itself was spacious, modern and had breathtaking views. The hospitality of the staff was second to none and the evening entertainment was a particular highlight, as was the sunset camel ride. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Morocco!
