Summary: My family and I love the Ostoff. We have gone several times and are always happy with the resort and it amenities.

Summary: The restaurants were disappointing. We tried to call for room service and no one answered. We even called the front desk. There was supposed the be entertainment, and it never happened. No communication. Valentine special for dinner was so bad I couldn’t eat it. The room was spacious. The winter view was beautiful. It was nice to have a suite with a kitchen dining room and fireplace. Overall I was disappointed in the food.

Summary: Great stay! Very spacious and tidy suite. Great staff and beautiful property. We also took advantage of the lovely trail around the lake!

Summary: The property is great, looks like it would be so fun in the summer. Winter activities include the amazing Spa, highly recommend, cooking classes & live music.

Summary: Liked the amenities of pool, hot tub, sauna. Food options on grounds were great, enjoyed the entertainment at bar. Large building so need to be prepared to walk alot.

Summary: Our room was very dirty. Found nail clippings on the carpet in living room and hair in the bathroom sinks. Our television in our bedroom did not work so we couldn’t watch anything while laying down. Honestly pretty disappointed considering it’s a resort and the amount of money I paid for a room. Quality control needs to step in and audit housekeeping.
