Positive: The house was beautiful and so comfortable and well decorated. The yard is a great size with 2 separate sitting areas, a horse shoe pit, and a very nice little fire pit. It was very well stocked with everything you need and even complimentary snacks! It was in a great location, in a very nice neighborhood close to everything. The neighbors were very nice. The owners were very prompt with communication to us, and checked on us several times throughout our trip. The beds and pillows were FABULOUS! I will stay here again on my next trip to Hot Springs.
Negative: There is only one bathroom, but it was fine, and we made it work with no issues, even with a bunch of women, LOL! It is just the cutest house!

Positive: Lovely older, vintage ,home that was very well decorated. A feeling of elegance was achieved by the owners design choices.
Negative: Couple of issues were experienced. A neighbor dog was let out in the middle of the night and barked incessantly both nights of our stay. Kitchen did not have a proper spatula so flipping over eggs was impossible.
Summary: We enjoyed a trip back in time while staying at this one of a kind home in historic Hot Springs, truly a memorable place

Positive: Wow - what can I say? This house is a steal for the price. You will feel like you’re staying at a luxury hotel without the hassle of fellow travelers! I honestly can’t say enough about our stay - it was perfect for our summer vacation.
Negative: I would say that it was hot since the bedrooms get the afternoon sun and there aren’t ceiling fans. The owner has portable fans to supplement the amazing a/c unit. It does get very cold in the living room though!
