Positive: A classic and still a great hotel. They take great care to keep everything updated and in great condition. The suite we had was enormous and very comfortable. The pools were great. Restaurant choices are abundant. The casino is clean and classy. Rooms are quiet. Views of the Sphere or strip available for modest extra cost. Staff are efficient and concierge friendly. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: Wish our view of the strip was facing the other direction, but I guess we should have made that request when booking. It would be nice to eventually get rid of smoking in the hotel.

Positive: The pool area was fantastic, with the exception of every lounge chair being "reserved" but nobody actually in the chairs. The pool staff was extremely helpful though and found us chairs to sit in.
Negative: The staff was fantastic except for the manager on staff at check-out. There had been an issue with our bill, which the staff person needed help resolving. Not only was he unable to resolve the issue, but he was extremely condescending and arrogant. We were able to resolve the billing issue once we got home with several phone calls and emails, but we would have left the hotel much happier had our issue been resolved before we left or at least had did not have to deal with this manager.
Summary: The Palazzo is very well located and has great restaurants & majority of staff were excellent.

Positive: We were blown away by just how great the hotel is. From the great room and amenities to the high standard of service and quality of the food. It was 5 star. While expensive, it was worth every penny!
