Negative: Check in was a nightmare apparently it's a game they like to play because I heard it from other guests when I was there. You don't get the check in text until you're already at the place and find out that you have to drive like four miles back up the causeway through traffic to check in at another location. When I? Arrived a little bit agitated at the other location.I was met with grief from the man that was working the front desk, He was argumentative with questioning on my phone number and trying to make the inconvenience of the check in somehow my fault. I've been in hospitality for years and this is gotta be one of the worst scenarios.It was almost intolerable if I wasn't so exhausted from traveling.I might not have stayed there I felt that I was experiencing reverse racism by the man at the desk.It was a horrible experience. When another man came out as some sort of a manager to straighten out the situation it went from bad to worse. When I expressed my displeasure with the woman that I initially dealt with things really went Downhill. They were all combatative.... period one of the most discerning things about the property itself. Was the moldy dripping? Drain from the sink dripping into the cupboard over the pots and pans it was disgusting. Also, the AC unit had mold growing all over the back of it.I was wondering why my sinuses were bothering me. They did say they were gonna credit Me back a hundred dollars but that never happened either.

Negative: Bed up against wall,therefore one had to crawl to bottom or crawl over other person. no shower caddy to hold soap ect. only one towel rack, no where else to hang linen. no linen provided for washing dishes, no drying raack for drying dishes. dresser in closet you could only use one side. door disabled other side, need to put shelving to put clothing up insted of old dresser
