Positive: The bed was comfy and stiff were polite
Negative: There was a foul smell in the corridors as you walkied into or out of your room. Its seemed to be coming from the drains. I was very disappointed that for the price we paid for the room, the hotel cannot sort out this foul smell. There was not much of a view from the back of the hotel. No efforts to beautify the surroundings around the hotel and especially around the swimming pool.
Summary: This is a 3 Star Hotel and does not warrant 4 Star status

Positive: For the most part during my trip to Ghana, I stayed in super budget accommodations. So staying at The Palms was a real treat. I was surprised to find a truly perfect international style hotel.
