Summary: First time user. Very clean and tidy. Good and quiet location. Easy to access house. Palm tree needs to be pruning to allow a large SUV thru to bottom of driveway. Could fault the condition.

Summary: Absolutely what we needed!! The kids were relaxed and comfortable from the moment they walked in! Beautiful open plan that allows for everyone to be in the same space but also create seperate spaces when needed!
