Positive: Located in the heart of bandung and close to many shopping outlet. Room was so spacious and comfortabe space for prayers, clean, friendly staff, smell nice, toilet amenities are complete, Lots of pillow. Love it 😄Recommended!!

Negative: The room is not very soundproof. You can still hear the vehicles noises clearly when they drive recklessly (if your room view faces the road) But still can be considerated and can sleep soundlyl 😄

Positive: The reception knew us when we arrived and welcomed us with big smiles. The Saturday night Asian food cart style dinner was amazing with so many different options. The live band at the pool bar was also fantastic. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy! Great location.

Negative: The shower wasn't very hot and no poolside furniture (which is bizarre for a hotel of this size). The pool was also heated to an uncomfortably warm temperature.

Positive: Very classic luxury themed hotel. Requested for a wheelchair friendly room, and they gave us an obstruction-free bathroom, easy for my with wheelchair needs to move around!

Negative: There was no slope or ramp leading to the lobby from the drop-off area. We had to use the staff entrance at the back to accommodate my mother’s wheelchair, as the front of the lobby only had steep stairs.

Positive: The staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. We booked for 2 rooms, and got different floors. Apparently, the 2 rooms were different room categories. The receptionists were super friendly and upgraded one of our rooms so we could be on the same floor with connecting rooms. The service was exceptional, and we are happy with our stay! Will definitely come back soon and try the breakfast!

Negative: Unfortunately, my parents got sick in the morning, and we asked for a late check out, but the receptionists were super nice and gave us 30 mins extra checkout time.. would be nice if there's an option for it, we would love to pay extra for a couple of hours for late check out. But otherwise, the service was nice!
