A truly versatile kitchen with modern appliances including gas cooktop, dishwasher, family sized french door fridge and coffee machine has you set to create lovely meals during your stay. Pick some herbs or greens from the vege plots on offer and open the concertina windows to the outside verandah while creating holiday memories that will last a lifetime. The covered deck works seamlessly to incorporate outdoor dining with easy flow to and from the kitchen and indoor living spaces.
Relax in comfort in the living room where the entire end wall opens to reveal the terrace and garden beyond. The room offers a combustion fire for those cooler months, comfortable furnishings and a wide screen smart TV.
Four stylish and comfortable bedrooms, one on the lower level accessed by a sandstone path that winds through the garden - two with ensuite bathrooms opening to decks and terraces.
On the ground floor level;
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with walk-in robe, stylish ensuite, all opening to rear deck. This room features beautiful skylights with remote control shutters so you can enjoy the stars from bed and then close the covers to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with vaulted ceilings.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with vaulted ceilings.
Main bathroom is generously sized and includes a bath and shower.
Lower level is accessed externally by a sandstone path and staircase.
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette, reverse cycle air conditioning all opening to the paved and covered Cabana, overlooking the pool and gardens.
Parking onsite is a breeze with two cars spaces in the carport and an additional space on the driveway. The home is accessed by a set of sandstone steps .
#Things to note;
A pre authorised amount of $500 will be held on your assigned credit card for any damages or excess cleaning/rubbish removal. Please ensure funds are available as access information will not be provided until funds are held. Funds will be secured 2 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days.
Security cameras are positioned in outside areas only.
PaperTree homestay is located in a lovely community surrounded by family homes. You will likely hear the odd lawn mower, rooster crowing and dogs barking like every community.
At PaperTree Homestay guests will need to be able to traverse the sandstone steps from the carport to the entry area (approximately 10) or use the gently sloped grass path as an alternate option.
The property has a beautiful water course running through the rear garden. In heavy rain this can flow quite quickly so all children must be supervised at all times.
There is an internal staircase which allows access for the owner to a ground floor room. The staircase is not suitable for small children and is not gated.
Absolutely No glass is to be taken into the pool area
Please be considerate of water usage as we are on tank water

Note - Full reservation payment is due seven days prior to check in. For Christmas & Easter periods full payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.
