Summary: Stain on the carpt. Room temp difficult to control. Bathroom faucet handle not installed well. Bathtub drains very slowly. Shower soap dispenser broken, the other one empty. Very poor exterior lighting around hotel. Didn't see any directional signage to main entrance. GPS address took me to back delivery entrance.

Summary: Check in was great, rooms and hotel overall were clean and in decent condition. If you look close enough you can spot some age issues :). The only negative was the bar and grill had only ONE employee - the bartender! The place was packed and you had to stand in line to get a drink. It took me 25 minutes! This is a management staffing issue - she was FANTASTIC!

Summary: Man, was super excited for our stay. But upon arrival, our room had no fridge to store our stuff. We traveled 14 hrs to be there. There was no microwave. When we booked the room breakfast was included, not true. They dont offer at all. The ice machines are on certian floors they didnt work half the time. Then the bed. The bed was broken. Literally after a long day of travel and dinner. We went to bed to find it Literally broken, sunk in at the middle of the bed. Had to sleep at the foot of the bed as it was after midnight and no one would do anything. We paid for the view. That was all. Very disappointing and would not recommend nor return.

Summary: Place was pretty smelly and dated. Not very clean. The air was stuffy and the windows didn’t open. Not my favorite place. Shoulda stayed at the Hilton across the way..

Summary: Stayed here for a concert at MetLife Stadium because it was so close. Just be aware there’s not really an option to walk if that’s usually what you do. Rooms were outdated but mostly clean. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was dirty in corners, and there were some stains on the carpet. It’s not the ritz, but it gets the job done.
