Positive: The breakfast was beyond expectation with a range of delicious fresh fruit available and a good choice of cooked items. our hostess, Evelyn, was a skilled cook and most kind in dealing with us. The house was well appointed and our large bedroom and ensuite provided every comfort . In addition, the accommodation was very convenient for visiting gardens and historic properties in the area of Kent and Sussex South of the M25, and for access to M25.
Summary: We had a delightful stay. Could not have asked for more.

Positive: Breakfast was amazing. The two vegans in our party were treated to delicious homemade blueberry muffins along with an excellent full breakfast. Homemade Irish soda bread along with a fabulous array of different fresh fruits. Everything was stunning.
Negative: There is nothing to dislike, everything was beyond our expectations.
Summary: Amazing hosts, bedrooms are beautiful, breakfast for the vegans and meat eaters and was amazing.

Positive: Evelyn and John were really lovely hosts and very accommodating. The bedroom, and bedlinen were beautifully presented and so comfortable and the huge bath and shower all made our stay a 5 star experience. Breakfast was delicious with a mixture of fresh fruit with our porridge and then a cooked breakfast with homemade soda bread and muffins. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay in Sevenoaks, our peaceful stay at the Patch was tucked away and very quiet. We can fully recommend this lovely place 😊😊

Positive: Warm welcome and everything you could possibly need for your stay available. Very well thought out accommodation and comfy bed with black out blind. Delicious breakfast and Evelyn’s a wonderful hostess. Pub across the road very welcoming and happy to give a discount too.

Positive: The whole property was wonderful. We received such a homely welcome that it didn't feel like a B&B. The hosts were really nice and helpful in helping us find a really nice local pub for a meal. The breakfasts were amazing and all freshly prepared. Had a lovely birthday surprise of a card and profiterols with candle for breakfast. It was just the nicest B&B I have ever stayed in. We'll definately be back!

Positive: No. 3 The Patch is an excellent B&B The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Tastefully decorated, and very clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits were available in the room, with a fridge and bottled water. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of breakfast cereals, English breakfast options, as well as offering homemade bread and cakes. Quiet location with a pub across the road offering evening meals. I would recommend The Patch to anyone who needs to stay in Sevenoaks.
Negative: There is nothing that I disliked about this property.
