This 2,600 sq. ft immaculate home in a quiet, desirable neighborhood with gorgeous mountain and sunset views is the perfect setting for your next trip to beautiful central Virginia. Easy access to Liberty Univ (15 min) & University of Lynchburg, wedding venues, 10 min from Jefferson's Poplar Forest, 25 min from the Blue Ridge Pkwy, the D-Day Memorial, and hiking at the Peaks of Otter. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries are only 3 min away.
The two story home has an open floor plan on the main level with a large gourmet kitchen that opens into a great room with 60" TV, dining room, master suite with a large jetted tub and walk in shower, laundry room, and half bath. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms (The Spa Room, the Princess Room, and Dallas Room) and a full bath with double sinks.
The gourmet kitchen includes a large island with seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, custom window treatments, a Kuerig, and access onto the back covered porch and patio.
The dining room just off the kitchen includes seating for 6 guests and a gorgeous chandelier.
The great room offers plenty of comfortable seating for conversation and watching Direct TV on the 60" TV.
The master suite includes a beautiful queen sized bed with lots of natural light and custom drapery, a sitting area, a spacious bathroom with double sinks, a large jetted tub, and a walk in shower.
The Spa Room includes a queen sized bed and large closet, perfect for storing suitcases and hanging clothes.
The Princess Room also includes a queen sized bed, upholstered headboard, closet, Victorian side chair, luxurious bedding, and pearl Restoration Hardware chandelier.
The Dallas Room includes a twin daybed with another pop-up twin bed underneath, a sitting chair, and tv with Netflix.
The full bathroom includes double sinks and a separate toilet and shower room. One guest can be showering while the other is using the sink and mirror area. Soap and shampoo are included.
The hallway alcove upstairs includes a mini fridge.
Outdoor space includes a covered front and back porch and patio with a gas grill and plenty of seating that guests are welcome to use and enjoy.
Guests will be able to access the home with a code to the front door keypad at their own convenience after 4pm on check in day. Hosts are available through messaging and calls should you need anything!
For your safety and the safety of others, surveillance cameras are installed outdoors at this property. This is a personal residence available for vacation rental.

Summary: House was beautiful. Big and clean. Everything you need was there. Owners communicated several times ensuring we had everything we needed or if we needed anything else. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 teenage children. Plenty of room! Would recommend!

Summary: We stayed in the Pearl when we were in Forest for a wedding. My brothers family and I had the best stay imaginable. Rhonda our host was absolutely awesome. She communicates before our trip and during our trip. Made sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this house more. We cannot wait to go back!!

Summary: This home was perfect! The community was great! The host has this house stocked better than any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! Additionally, the host made sure to leave notes everywhere to notify the guest of the amenities available in the home. This was exactly what we were looking for, as we were visiting our son who is a student at LU. He was looking to spend time with family and get some home cooked meals and relax with the family! This house was so cozy and perfect for that! We will definitely be back as long as the invitation is open! Great place! Great host!
