Summary: The staff was amazing and even remembered our daughter mentioning her birthday. They sent up a delish complimentary cake to celebrate. Attention to detail was spot on. We would definitely recommend staying there. We would not stay anywhere else.

Summary: Very nice hotel in good condition considering - our room was probably last renovated in the early 90s. Based on the older models of tv in bathroom etc. services were great as well. Great location convenient to Gonzalez and imperial palace.
