Summary: The grass wasn't mowed the bed had stains on the mattress and had to wash the saucepans before we could use them.We paid to much money for this place

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is excellent and suited to fisherman’s needs. The property is now updated with air conditioning throughout the house. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only issue that I noticed was the long grass in the yard which looked average and carried what seemed to be a lot of sand flies.

Reviewer Comments: only one thing, we have stayed at this house before with 10 guys and never ran out of hot water, on the weekend we had 7 people the 7th person to shower at night had no hot water and, in the morning, there was still no hot water... and the house needs an exhaust fan in the shower, very easy to do...

Reviewer Comments: We regularly holiday at Harrington, we always enjoy our family breaks together as numerous water activities. Was our first time staying at this home but we were very happy with the overall presentation of the rental. The only issue that we would of liked was for the lawn to be mowed as with 3 young children wanting to play in the yard but it just makes it look more presentable aswell. Overall was a great rental home for a larger family group.
