Summary: Outstanding location. Super comfortable, clean, and extremely friendly and helpful owners. The boat house is an excellent addition to the property. Not having to trailer around the lake each day is so convenient. Highly recommend this place for your lake getaway!

Summary: This was our second stay at this property. It suited our needs perfectly. With the kitchen, bedrooms, and fully functional house (towels, sheets, dishes, etc) all we have to do is grab our clothes, some groceries, and hit the road. We will definitely be back!

Summary: My husband and I needed a weekend get away, we came across this house and it was absolutely amazing!! Great location, amazing host, and had a spot in the boat house right across the road for our boat!! We will absolutely be renting from Mr. Fickle again without a doubt!!!! House and property are very clean, beds and bedding very comfy, there just really is not a bad thing I could say about this place💜

Summary: The house was very roomy, clean. Edwin the owner has gone above what's expected as far all the Xtra amenities you really don't need to bring anything, the kitchen was more than stocked for cooking, the bathrooms had plenty of towels, and plenty of bedding. The location is great, the boat ramp is literally across the street and boat house as well which was a great bonus. Edwin the owner was nice to talk to and helpful.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Had everything you could need. You could be on the water in less than a minute with the included covered boat slip. The Host was very friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Reelfoot.

Summary: Easy to rent. Cost was excellent. Owner was one of the best. Space for our boats was perfect. The house and kitchen utensils was above anything. Water was hot and never ran out of. We had 6 adults . I'll tell everyone who's going to the lake to stay here. I'll be back

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable close to the water and the boat ramp with coverd boat slip was a big plus. Eddy was very inviting and gave us a few tips to find the fish. Definitely would recommend and hope to book again

Summary: Very nice and clean house with plenty of room for family of 6. Owner was very acomudating and friendly. Loved our stay there on beautiful reelfoot lake even if the fishing was slow. Great place to stay if in the area.
