Summary: My son, his wife and new baby were PCS'd to Ft. Moore for training. Their household goods had not arrived. This was a good place for us all to stay while we visited and got to know our new grandson. The neighbors are quiet and the location is close to shopping.

Summary: For some reason, hotels in the area were incredibly expensive, so we decided to check out properties on VRBO. This was our spring break and we usually come down to visit family in Phenix City, AL. After careful searching, we decided on this property because of the price and location. What a GREAT decision! The place was clean, it was in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to visit the family less than 20 minutes away. This is a good location near a Sam's Club for gas and food, 15 minutes from the (very tiny) airport, and close to other features of the area (such as the river walk). Check-in was easy, and we received everything we needed within 48 hours of our arrival. The host was great with communication before, during and after, and helped answer our questions throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room and kitchen/dining were small, but adequate for our needs. It was nice and cool while we were there so we did not need the air conditioning until we left. It was a learning curve to get it on. However, the host was VERY communicative to our needs, which was greatly appreciated. This IS an older home that has some very nice updates, with the features/quirks of an older home (low ceilings, esp. master bath), raised floor (crawl space under home), fewer outlets. This did not bother us at all! My son and nephew said the internet was FABULOUS! Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would happily book again! Thank you! Dr. M and Fam

Summary: Interior was nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood in a great location with lots of options for food and shopping close by. Our stay was for 4 nights so I was hoping to utilize the kitchen more, but it is a bit small for cooking for more than 4 people. Only reducing 1 star for communication due to additional house rules were sent 2 hours prior to arrival. All other communication was good. Would stay again.

Summary: We stayed here 3 nights for my son’s Turning Blue and Infantry graduation, it was amazing. The house was clean with everything we needed. The house is conveniently located and in a quiet nice neighborhood. Will absolutely stay again for future military events!
