Summary: I love the bedrooms overlooking the lake. Cottage has a lot of character including adorable breakfast nook off the kitchen. Having herbs growing in the garden was a homey plus!!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was two families of four and everyone really enjoyed the stay. The sandy beach and the depth of the water at the end of the pier was perfect, even for the younger kids. The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and the pictures don’t do the house justice - it’s very well decorated and cozy. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay at this wonderful property.

Summary: Lesley and Mike were wonderful- meeting us at the cabin and providing all the info we needed to insure that it would be a comfortable and carefree vacation for us. The cabin is extremely well equipped, cozy and perfect for families. It is located in a prime lakefront area where all water activities can be enjoyed. My grandson commented that he especially liked the fact that it felt like a little community! We especially appreciated all the thoughtful things that Leslie and Mike had provided such as wine, flowers and sharing some of their lake equipment for our enjoyment. We are hoping to return to this rental next summer for our annual family gathering on Lake Wawasee. We have only positive thoughts and memories about this year’s experience!

Summary: Much of the charming property In a desirable side of Lake Wawasee has been updated so the entire cottage is comfortable. The hosts were very helpful showing us around and they have made it Their own summer cottage when not rented out. It’s very well equipped with lake toys, books, tv’s, Bath amenities yet retains its original charm.

Summary: We spent almost a month at this property in the summer of 2020. Leslie and Mike were incredible hosts who had everything we could possibly want / need for our summer vacation. The views, sunsets, and the sand bottom swimming area were exactly as they advertised. We have two kids who loved it as well. I highly recommend staying at this property, you will not be disappointed. We hope to be back next year!

Summary: From start to finish, owners Mike and Leslie, the location, the sandy beach bottom, the amazing upgraded house, the kitchen tools (important for this reviewer who loves to cook), the beach towels, the very comfortable beds, and on and on were fabulous. We have both owned and rented on Wawasee and this surpassed our expectations. Will definitely rent again from Leslie and Mike.
