Summary: The home was in a great location and close to the locations we were visiting. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time at the home I do have a few issues with the home, would say nothing major. We were planning on having a cook out but the propane tank was empty and well I was not going to spend 50$ to fill the tank . The house also had a weird smell to it as if it had not been used yet the property manager said it had renters prior to our arrival. The couches felt dirty and as if they haven’t been cleaned in a while . We had an issue with the ceiling fans in the master bedroom and the bedroom across. When we would try to turn on the light or fan it would turn off the light and or fan in the bedroom across. Aside from that I would say the home was ok if you plan to be out and about and not spend much time in it.

Summary: Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to access from main streets. One small step at door, made it easy to enter for folks with arthritis. Rooms were nice size and beds were comfortable. Living area and kitchen also good size and appliances all worked. Nice size yard for our dog to run around and nice neighborhood for walking our dog. We will be checking availability next time we are in Santa Clarita.

Summary: Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean house. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and there was a slide in front yard & a few children’s toys in laundry area. Residence is close to a few restaurants and a grocery store. ,
