Positive: The house set up was ideal for our stay. Very comfortable beds Everything we needed to cook a meal in the kitchen. The separate self contained apartment was a bonus for a friend to stay. Lake was across the road and walkway and childrens playground. We had fun fishing of the jetty. Whilst not in a busy area this worked for us as we had pets and the pool provided entertainment for the family Easy drive to explore the area and for other activites.
Negative: The house needs a deep clean. on the surface its fine but Lots of dog hair around and the garden and pool area needs attention but pool was clean. A couple of things not working but didnt affect out stay. Some new pillows would be helpful

Negative: the aircon in one room didnโ€™t work ,the garden was overgrown The outside areas were dirty and outside couches full of dog hair ,the glass doors were filthy from animal prints etc,the pool was dirty โ€ฆthe bbq was that dirty we couldnโ€™t use it at all โ€ฆ.donโ€™t be fooled by the photos โ€ฆ..Adlai the dooner in one room was stained when this issue was brought to the attention of the airkeeper the reply was get one from the linen cupboard problem was there was no spare linen at all โ€ฆ.was also advised to use a scoop to clean the pool myselfโ€ฆ.for what I paid was not acceptable at all

Positive: The property is well set out, lovely outside sitting area around bbq, very family friendly, lovely pool area, laundry access is great, secure lock up garage area .
Negative: A little disappointed that grass was a bit long and hadnโ€™t been mowed before arrival, but overall place was tidy and clean. Bedding was good and bedding and plenty of towels supplied which was great
Summary: Overall really enjoyed our stay at this quirky property.
