Positive: Roomy accommodation with well equipped kitchen including laundry facilities. Downstairs bathroom and further shower room with toilet upstairs. Large master bedroom,single room and family room with double and single bed ,so suited our family of five. Lounge with TV and WiFi. Outside seating area and parking. The children enjoyed playing on the available trampoline and swings. Rural area but not far to drive from the Memorial Park where we were attending the Godiva festival. A bit chilly in the evening and morning which was quickly solved by adjusting the fast acting heating thermostat . We didn't meet the owner but good communication by phone. Self check in and out.
Negative: The property is one of several outhouse conversions down a single track lane which was not signposted but we had good directions. We ran out of towels which were fluffy but not very big. We didn't realise this until we were getting ready the next morning or we'd have asked for more. I noticed that one of the wine glasses had a hairline crack. We were only there overnight but would happily have stayed for a week.
