We at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals are excited to offer you the The Pine Warbler Home.
With its spacious, open floor plan, this home was recently remodeled and tastefully furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. It's a four bedroom get away conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Palm Harbor, an upscale residential neighborhood near Clearwater, perfect for executives and families.
Enjoying nearly 365 days of sunshine, this home is an ENTERTAINER'S DREAM with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, vaulted ceilings and a spacious, open floor plan that spills onto a covered lanai and private pool. It is freshly painted with new tile flooring throughout, decorated exquisitely with the most discerning guests in mind.
You will enjoy the fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN with "eat in bistro dining", or if you prefer, a formal dining room that opens up to seat 8 comfortably. A barbeque and comfortable patio furniture offer more dining choices.
Walls of sliding glass doors from kitchen, dining room and master suite open to invite you outdoors to relax or entertain in a lushly landscaped tropical retreat with screened lanai and large, sparkling pool. Pool toys are provided and a child protection safety fence is typically installed.
The office offers a place to work or stay in touch through the Internet with free WIFI.
The MASTER BEDROOM RETREAT is located away from the rest of the house for you to enjoy your down time. It opens up to the lanai, has a walk-in closet, and luxurious master bath with a garden tub.
The beds and linens, throughout the house, are brand-new and sooooooo comfortable. There are 2 kings, a queen and 2 Twins. Altogether, 8 people are easily accommodated.
The living area boasts a 60" HDTV with a BluRay DVD-CD player and digital cable package with over 200 channels. The Twin bed room has a small flat screen TV.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and parking for up to 4 cars.

You are conveniently located to many famous attractions on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is minutes to eight world-class beaches including Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. Nearby year around attractions such as Innisbrook Golf Club, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Busch Gardens Theme Parks are popular. In every season you can buy tickets for Tampa Bay sporting events: spring, major league baseball training camps; summer, Tampa Bay Ray's baseball games; fall, Buccaneers football team; and winter, Lightning hockey team. For day trips, drive only 90 minutes to Orlando Sea World, Universal Studios, and Disney World!

Special Note: This property has a maximum guest count of 8 at any time on the property. On a case by case basis we will consider up to ten with a surcharge. Special Note: Pool is heated during winter in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate during winter depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 16 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.

Summary: Our week spent at Pine Warbler was everything we could have ask for and then some. Very clean, large open floor plan. Large kitchen was well equipped. We loved the back porch and pool area! A quiet neighborhood with a short drive to several beaches. Shopping, groceries and dining options are all in close proximity. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Summary: The house was immaculately clean, came equipped with everything needed for our stay, and was located in such a peaceful and well kept neighborhood. The beach was a short drive as were some beautiful parks and walking trails. We spent the majority of the time we were at the house on the patio taking advantage of the warm Florida weather.

Summary: We had a great time staying at this property. It was a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. It was central to a lot of the activities we had planned and had good shopping and some great restaurants nearby. The only sad part is we picked the coldest Christmas to come so got to use the pool and patio sparingly which was sad because it was a nice area. When we had a question and contacted the host we were answered promptly. This is a nice place to bring a family !

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this location!! We only had 2 issues that we found but the house layout made up for that! The Cable /internet company had to come & resolve a problem (This wasn't the owner/managers fault. Seems the neighboorhood was having spotty issues too). The only other issue was the kitchen needed some organization but the appliances were in great working condition. All other items listed in the property description were exactly as we found them ... accurate. We even met the property manager when he came by to check on the pool & the cable company issue. The pool was perfect & so clean and we enjoyed our time there when at the house. The location is perfect as you can head North to Tarpon Springs to eat some amazing Greek food or head to Clearwater Beach for beautiful sandy beaches and some great food choices. Should we be vacationing in that area again, I would try to book here.
