The Pinnacle overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake is your Finger Lakes home away from home. Located on the Keuka Lake wine trail, this recently renovated, rustic, woodland retreat is the perfect spot for your getaway! Take in the panoramic views of Keuka Lake from the front deck, enjoy the day swimming in the above ground pool, or stargaze while soaking in the hot tub. There is also a fire pit, basketball hoop, walking trail, grill, two decks with outdoor furniture, and large flatscreen tv!
Awaken to breathtaking Keuka Lake views out the master suite windows on the second floor. The master suite occupies the entire second floor of the home! There is a tub in the master bath and a separate shower. A sitting area is just outside of the master bedroom with a television, sofa, reading nook with chaise lounge, and large desk with desk chair. A large walk-in closet has ample space for your belongings in addition to a large dresser. A window AC unit and ceiling fan will keep you cool on hot summer days.
On the first floor there are two small bedrooms and a bathroom with a large, custom, step in tile shower. Each bedroom has a full size bed and drawers/closet space for your belongings. The bathroom drawer holds a hair dryer. For your convenience, use the brand new, large capacity washer/dryer. You will enjoy a living room with large flat screen tv, Directv with movie channels. Enter the sunroom with beautiful views of the lake and wooded areas, perfect for relaxing, reading, birdwatching, or having a cup of tea. A prism in each window allows for rainbows dancing on the freshly painted walls and ceiling. A full kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and kitchen essentials is adjacent to the living room and dining area. A charcoal grill is available on the deck for cookouts. Table/chairs/umbrella are on the front deck with a view of the lake. There is a fire pit near the home and plenty of firewood for your use (as long as there isn't a local ban on fires).
Note: the pool will be kept open as long as weather permits. Be aware it is not a heated pool so when the nights are cool, so is the pool!
Make use of the full kitchen, dining room, sunroom, living room, and upstairs sitting area adjacent to the master suite. Two small downstairs bedrooms with closets and full beds for friends or family.

Summary: We came to the Finger Lakes for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved this home! Amazing view and close to so many wineries, restaurants and hiking trails. The hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of sight seeing.

Summary: This is our second time at this property and we love it for its peacefulness, cleanliness and it has everything we need. It is secluded enough that very quiet and relaxing yet it only a couple of miles drive to whatever you need. The pool is a big plus! Kristi is response quickly and has provided everything needed for comfortable stay.

Summary: We stayed for 5 days and had the best time! The house is secluded, but also very close to everything. There is a great view of the lake while you eat breakfast on the deck. The house was very cute and clean, so comfy for a relaxing stay. Pool is great for hot days and the hot tub/fireplace if perfect for the cooler nightshade! Host responded right away to all our questions! There is a lot to do near by. Highly recommend !

Summary: This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend getaway. Quiet, beautiful property. Well-maintained house with a fabulous view of Keuka Lake. Owner was responsive and kind…she even left us gifts! The beds were super comfortable with tons of pillows. I would highly recommended this property for those looking to get away but still be close enough to tons of things. Thank you!

Summary: Christi truly knows how to maintain a house for guests! My family enjoyed staying at The Pinnacle for many reasons. The house was super clean and smartly decorated. The view of the lake was amazing. The property felt serene and secluded because of the surrounding trees. There were so many gathering spots (the sun room, the deck, the pool, etc.), as well as quiet places to enjoy a book or a cup of tea. The beds were very comfortable. And while we felt "tucked away" on the property it was also really close to restaurants, hiking, wineries, and distilleries. We enjoyed stargazing too since there was little light pollution. Christi was so thoughtful to leave a birthday gift for me knowing we'd be celebrating during our stay. We expect we'll return to this property again when we stay in the area.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying in this home. The attention to detail was evident throughout the house: There were fresh flowers in every room. This is the first home that we have stayed in that provided sheets, towels, and even beach towels. The decor was cozy and inviting and the grounds are beautiful. We highly recommend this home.

Summary: This is a remote home with beautiful views. We enjoyed the quite, hot tube and ability to enjoy our friends. The pool is very nice, a solar cover would have helped, even in July kind of cold (but kids would love it). Nice location, close to town and the wonderful area to enjoy & relax.

Summary: We have been staying in the FingerLakes area for several years and this property, by far, is our favorite. Immaculately clean, plenty of room for relaxing indoors and out. It was very comfortable and Christi is very helpful and responsive. She has provided many details to help you enjoy the stay. Our favorite was the sunroom where you can sit and read and still enjoy the outside views. It is beautiful and great place to be if you want to unwind but anything you want is short drive away. We will be returning.

Summary: We have been renting homes on HomeAway/VRBO for years and this is by far one of the nicest. The home is well maintained, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The private grounds and view of Keuka Lake are magnificent! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, outdoor furniture, and fire pit; we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub but it was very nice. Having grown up spending summers on the lake it was so nice to be back, there is so much to do and see in the surrounding areas. It is a shame the ratings only go to 5 stars because this home deserves more! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in a beautiful home!

Summary: My daughter and I take an annual vacation together. We stay in a different rental house for a week each summer. This year we chose the Finger Lakes because they are fairly close to home but far enough away that it seems like a different world. Our host, Christi, was super responsive from the moment we booked to the day we checked out, and beyond. She even made up a generous gift bag for my daughter upon learning she was celebrating her birthday that week. The house is exactly as advertised, with the view from the front even more breathtaking in person than it is in the photos. The pool and hot tub were both squeaky clean and obviously well maintained. That was a big selling point for my daughter and me. Christi and others came to the house a few times to do maintenance on the pool, hot tub, lawn, and flowers. They always let us know in advance and planned maintenance around the times that we would be out of the house. Speaking of flowers, each room had fresh flowers when we arrived. The house is very comfortable. Amenities that we enjoyed included a new washer and dryer, a giant screen TV with satellite programming, a dishwasher, cards and games, lots of storage space and plenty of kitchen items for cooking and grilling. There is no WiFi or internet service; we used our Verizon phones as hotspots successfully. When we arrived, the weather was hot and humid. The air conditioning in the house works great. It comes from two window units. One in the upstairs bedroom and the other in the first floor living room. The two first floor bedrooms don't really benefit from the air conditioning because of the layout of the house. The rest of the house was perfectly comfortable regardless of the weather, and once things cooled off it was marvelous to enjoy the breezes and views through the open windows and on the deck. The village of Penn Yan is the closest larger town for restaurants, gas stations, and shopping. Shopping for basic items and sandwiches can be found in Branchport, just a few minutes away. We enjoyed day trips to Watkins Glen, Letchworth State Park, Hammondsport, and Canandaigua. Neither of us are wine drinkers, so we did not visit any of the dozens of wineries in the area. We did find two excellent ice cream places near Penn Yan: Seneca Farms and Mac's. At our host's recommendation, we also enjoyed an excellent meal at Ports Cafe near Geneva on Seneca Lake. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning to The Pinnacle!
