Summary: The room with kitchenette was ok, needs serious updating. There weren't any coffee filters, dishwasher pods, extra garbage bags, paper towels, bedroom closet door was off the hinges, didn't look swept when we arrived. Toilet bowl looked like it hadn't been cleaned and floor should have been mopped. The TV remotes didn't work, the window sills in the kitchen were really dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, one of the lamp shades had torn fabric hanging from it. The hot tub was broke, the pool was really cold. It feels like this hotel at Ocean Shores has gone down hill. The restaurant in the parking lot is closed as well.

Summary: One night stay with girlfriend to wath the sunset. Room with a view was good. Very spacious and average cleanliness. Carpets needed shampooing or replacement. Windows could've been much cleaner and the window tracks as well. Full kitchennette was nice but there were no pots or pans to use. Cutlery and silverware were clean and updated. All glasses and dishes were clean. Overall, I'd stay there again only with if I had a room with a view on the 3rd floor or penthouse.

Summary: Not happy that most of the outlets didnt work for charging phone or tablets wifi , there was no wifi only in the lobby or certain parts of the hotel , swimming pool had way to much chlorine that my goddaught hair was coming out

Summary: They upgraded us to a two bedroom unit with a full kitchen. Had our lab with us and it was perfect. Only downside was people above us had a birthday party until a little after midnight and were a little loud. We didn’t complain as it is first weekend of summer break for a lot of the families. Felt bad for the rooms right next door though.

Summary: The bed was moderately comfortable the walls are super thin and could hear people all around us all hours of the night. The room has old filthy carpet.. which was a huge turn off.. there was conditioner provided that was half empty.. no shampoo.. since apparently people arent ment to WASH and condition their hair. Thankfully i always bring my own but thats not the point. The staff was nice enough but will 100% not stay at this hotel again especially With the options available for lodging in this area..

Summary: Room 301 is amazing! There is no view of the ocean, however the cozy home feel and closeness to everything is amazing. There is no beach access from this hotel, but a ten minute walk and you're there! This resort could use a little facelift, but the hospitality and quiet comfort make it worth the stay!

Summary: We stayed here out of nostalgia as I remember this hotel from the 70's when we used to visit Ocean Shores. Age has caught up with it but for an old hotel in a marine environment it's in good condition. Furnishings are old but carpet and paint are newer. Nice location in the middle of Ocean Shores with walkable beach access. Nice staff, just don't have high expectations for an ultra modern hotel. Big yard and activity areas so it is a great place for a family or group to stay.

Summary: We stayed in the 2 bedroom with view and balcony on the 3rd floor. The room was great with plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples. Sadly, the view is diminished from the growing trees so you cannot see the waves crashing on the beach, but you can see the water above the tree line. I will say the carpet and furniture have a lot of stains and could use a cleaning. We didn't really mind, but many would, so I'm mentioning it. The beds didn't feel comfy but I didn't wake up sore, so that's a plus and they were clean. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The staff was friendly and helpful in showing where everything was on a map of the hotel. The Polynesian has better rates than other hotels on the ocean and the room was spacious with 1.5 bathrooms (total bonus!), so we would stay here again. Pictures were taken from our balcony.

Summary: Pool and hot tub very cold, front desk said it was 80 or so, but not must have been in 70 no one could stay in. You have to take your own trash out. Fire logs are one 1 per stay not per night.. so if you want a log for each night you have to check out and check back in what the heck?
