This attractive and welcoming 1-Bedroom condo is conveniently located on the ground floor. It offers one of the best locations in the resort, overlooking the amazing lagoon style pool. The huge pool with a waterfall and soaking spa is a fan favorite and The Pool House has a "parrot's eye view". Enjoy some float therapy in the lagoon pool or swim in the heated indoor pool. Other amenities include a fitness room, beach volleyball and the one and only Purple Parrot Tiki Bar. Head to the beach just at at the end of the road. Perdido Key is home to many public beach accesses as well as the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Perdido Key State Park, Big Lagoon State Park and more. Enjoy miles of pristine, undeveloped white sand beaches and the amazing blue and green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
