Negative: No tea towls or dish cloth, no brush to sweep up as not cleaned during 6 night stay. Shower door and shower head both broken. Bathroom window and sill both filthy, have not been cleaned in a long time. All windows need a good cleaning. Oven was not clean. Stairs and landings need to be cleaned daily.

Negative: The bath smelled and the floor was dirty. The living room couch was broken and there were dirty socks and cat toys on the floor. I am requesting a refund.

Positive: Location was very convenient for town access. Not so much for getting your luggage from the rental car to the property. Any personal mobility issues will be an issue.
Negative: Liked everything... but one suggestion: when you're sharing a property like this with other friends, one bathroom with no ventilation doesn't work. There was no way to move the air accordingly.

Negative: Lack of outside space to appreciate the sunshine of Kinsale ,,, but we knew this when booking

Positive: The location was great to explore Kinsale, and the cafe downstairs was open early for delicious morning coffees. Having the fridge was useful and it is great they are dog friendly.
Negative: The room (Apartment 2) had an extremely strong smell of chip fat which really needs to be sorted before anyone else stays. The windows were coated in dirt/grime, massive cobwebs everywhere and squished bugs on walls - didn’t feel value for money.
