Positive: Late Check in and late check out was no issue (might arrived at 00.00) all staff were very accommodating, let me use the gym after check out. Breakfast is large with many options, great value for cost.
Negative: Only thing was the fire alarm went off at about 08.30, however I was already awake and part the building seemed under construction so not really an issue.

Positive: Spacious, clean room, comfy beds and delicious breakfast.
Negative: Building work going on and couldn’t find stairs to go down when lifts weren’t working which would have been huge issue if there was an emergency
