Positive: The breakfast chef at the Primrose is fabulous! The staff are all kind, caring, and responsive to all requests for all guests. The location is excellent, just a block or two away from the city center of Bar Harbor. Great location if you can find availability, they are that much desirable by repeated customers.
Negative: The cookies are so good, you can’t eat just one cookie.

Positive: We loves the charm and decor of the house! It is beautiful and homey. The staff was very friendly and so helpful! Their ice machine broke so they ran out to get us some!

Positive: Overall, I had a good stay at Primrose Inn. The location is great, right next to the harbor and the property was clean with friendly, helpful staff. The room was on the smaller side with limited space for luggage and the breakfast could have offered a bit more variety. However, the afternoon treats were a lovely touch and definitely a highlight.

Positive: I had a beautiful room with the most comfortable bed! Excellent breakfast each morning and I really loved my 3 night stay.

Positive: We stayed here for two nights during December. It was excellent. Brandon was great, and made delicious breakfast every day. The Primrose Inn is located perfectly in Bar Harbor and Acadia national park is only a short drive away. It is definitely worth a visit in winter when the town and park are gorgeous but not very busy!
