Positive: Central location. Whole apartment to ourselves with all amenities. Air conditioning was excellent during this summer period. Parking was possible front of the building although for a price. Really comfortable for 6 people.
Negative: Bathroom did not have a lock. No elevator so you have to carry your stuff to the 2nd floor in stairs. You have to call them 30 mins before arriving and also after arriving to get the code to open the locker to get the key. Which is not that convenient. The code could have been easily sent via a message.

Positive: A good point for travelers by car for an overnight stop. Easy to request parking space near the house but suggest to do it in advance.
Negative: Road renovation near the house. I recommend to change coffee machine. There is only an organic grocery store within walking distance.

Positive: Very spacious, cosy and very clean appartment with wooden floors and everything you need for comfort Very comfortable lights in the living room, and some extra colourful lights for extra nice atmosphere if you want Bathroom is very spacious and comfortable, very clean, lots of towels are provided, and, best of all: the (comfortable) bath comes with hydro massage/jacuzzi Bedroom is very spacious and the bed is comfortable Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need: coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, water boiler, etc. Parking is very convenient and right in front of the door (at an extra charge though) When you arrive, even later in the evening, someone in person awaits you (yes, this 'personal' service still exists in 2023 instead of an unpersonal lockbox or locker as is the case with most places) to give you the keys and explain the appartment to you, and who is very friendly and welcoming (even offered to carry bags) Excellent location: in the morning you literally walk straight to the tram stop 300 meters further Excellent WIFI Smart TV with Netflix
Negative: The property is expensive, and I am not sure whether despite all the positive elements above it is still not a bit overpriced compared to other properties, especially since on top of the 250 EUR/night price you have to pay extra for late check-in, for parking etc. Sure, this is a very comfortable and nice place to stay, so you cannot expect to get this for 150 EUR/night, but you can find slightly less comfortable but also nice appartments for about +/- 160/night, which makes me think that around 200 EUR/night instead of 250/night for this one would probably be a better deal and that it may be slightly too expensive even by Luxemburg's standards. Also, the sofa in the living room is not the most comfortable sofa you'll find. However, this is an excellent and cosy place to stay, with really no or hardly any negative elements. If you can afford it, you cannot do wrong by chosing this place to stay. I really enjoyed staying here a couple of days and would recommend it and come back without hesitation. The large list of positive elements makes you want to come back to this place in the evening after work or after visiting Luxemburg and you will enjoy a comfortable stay here, with perfect cleanliness, a clean smell everywhere, etc.
