Summary: have rented a lot of finger lake cottages, this one was nice but no sheets, towels and other amenities other places have. also was not cleaned very thorough.

Summary: We loved the location and enjoyed the cabin. The cabin was situated in a very quiet and private spot. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Summary: Well situated on the Lake with a good dock (great for fishing or launching our Kayaks) & swim float. House was clean inside and out and adequate size for 6 Adults; outside deck and furniture were well utilized.; the Weber gas grill worked well and had adequate propane. There were a couple of cheap plastic chairs that broke when they were sat in, but most of the furniture was more substantial and adequate; large outdoor picnic table on deck fit us all. Living room couch & chairs were outdated and very uncomfortable and in need of an updating. Mattresses were not very comfortable and need replacing or memory foam toppers.. there was supposed to be a row boat but instead an old canoe, which was on its last leg, was there but after one use it was deemed un- seaworthy. The fire pit was no where to be found, but there was firewood. On the plus side there was a 5 Gallon bottled water dispenser and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We had a good time despite the rain on 5 of the 7 days.
