Our White Mountain Cabin sits on .5 acres and is located perfectly for everything the Valley has to offer. Only 5 min. to Attitash and 12 min. to North Conway, you will be in the woods but close to everything. With enough space for 8 to sleep, our home caters perfectly for families or groups of friends looking to make memories here in the beautiful town of Barlett. Our neighborhood has access to a beach on the Saco River and hiking trails right from the house! We look forward to hosting you!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Birchview by Saco. The home was very convenient to Storyland, which was the main reason for our stay but it is also in a perfect location to visit North Conway, Attitash area and Jackson. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals in when we didn't want to eat out. The beds were very comfortable and linens and towels a great quality. Very comfortable home.

Summary: Everything pretty much as described. Owner was responsive to inquiries we had. Kids loved the option of the River beach which you really do need to drive down to but owner left parking “permit” to place in vehicle. Was a good location for everything we had planned to do during our visit and the house was comfortable overall. We realize it is indeed a cabin in the woods but the younger ones weren’t happy with the number of spiders they encountered daily in this rustic setting.

Summary: Everything was super easy. The owner, Jeremiah was easy to reach with a few questions. Great location for hiking and shopping, but away from the busy areas. Can see this location would be prime for skiing too. If you have larger group, just be judicious with shower time as you may run out of hot water. Only affected us the first day a and once checking with Jeremiah, we were more careful and no issues. Would definitely rent again!
