Negative: The incheck procedure. It was online and took forever. So much info was asked. In the hotels in Swiss it was so much easier and faster.

Positive: The location was perfect except it would have been nice to know we were above a bar/restaurant. The apartment was very clean and spacious. With the exception of the shower drain flooding the bathroom everything was excellent.

Negative: When notifying the "team" through booking email that the shower drain wasn't working it took 4 days to be taken care of. One member of the team found out it had not been taken care of and had someone out immediately. It all worked out in the long run.

Positive: Convenient to us to handle the daily chaos.The whole environment is peaceful with good lighting. In addition, the location is not too far from train station.The nearby streets are so beautiful. We felt so comfortable and relaxed as if we are at home.The apartment is so well equipped except there is no refrigerator.

Negative: Wifi connection is poor. No refrigerator.

Positive: Very spacious. Great location. Very clean. Very nice. Would very happily stay again.

Negative: Very minor observations: 1. The handle to the height adjuster for the shower head was sitting in the soap tray - we could not adjust the height. 2. No extra garbage bags. 3. Basic English instructions for washing machine, clothes dryer, and waste disposal. 4. The Elevate link works but is not perfect.
