Negative: The bedroom smelled slightly damp. Possibly because of the heavy rain. Instructions for the use of the modern automated systems would have been helpful.

Positive: The agency always replied in a fast manner to my questions through Booking messages. Their App was easy to use for the check-in and it gave me all the necessary information for the Wifi password and parking lot.
Negative: I was a bit disappointed about the cleanliness of the apartment. The floor was quite dirty when we arrived, the kitchen towel was used and we didn't find any extra garbage bags.

Positive: Apartment is very clean and modern. Easy to reach by public transport from Zurich train station or airport Fully automated house with touch panel controls, automatic lights, ambience color change etc.
Negative: Though there were lot of amenities, a microwave oven and water kettle would have been really useful.

Positive: A very modern, well equipped, quiet, spacious apartment. High quality appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kitchen utensils). We stayed two weeks and felt very much at home. Geroldswil offers all the necessary services (retail, pharmacy, ATM, bakery, etc), but a car is highly recommended. We’ll book it again without any hesitation.
Negative: Some minor defects. These were addressed promptly and effectively by the management.
Summary: Modern, spacious, quiet, bright apartment with quality, high-tech appliances. Very comfortable.

Positive: The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. Everything is well integrated and the kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. The apartment is located in a smaller village close to Zurich--there is a grocery store within 5 min walk from the apartment. There is a parking garage and elevator for luggage.
Negative: The ramp to parking is a little tight, might require some skill to navigate. However, there is also street parking spaces right in front of the apartment if one want to skip the garage.

Positive: I stayed here with my parents. The property is well located just outside the city and is a short drive from Zurich. It’s the perfect location if you have a car and want to travel around Zurich. The house is beautiful and initially gets very exciting due to the high futuristic smart technology. Staying at this house is a whole different experience with a positive surrounding and easily accessible small cafes and Coop supermarkets. There’s also safe parking. The hot water shower is excellent and very refreshing. The bed is comfortable and the place is well lit and makes you feel safe. The host is very engaging and approachable with concerns.
Negative: In general, this is a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed being here. These are not game changing but definitely worth being aware of and maybe area for improvement. Air Conditioning: for a house as beautiful as this, it lacks centralised air conditioning. So for anyone staying outside the room on the extra bed, there’s no cooling and the AC in the room could be more powerful. Smart Home: The impressive smart features at one point can become a pain. Specifically, the TV has a screen saver option which could not be switched off despite many attempts to look online. But the host provided documentation on how these can be used, which makes better. I’d recommend providing this as part of onboarding. Cleaning Staff Miscommunication: the booking overview stated 12pm checkout. But on the day, we had a cleaning staff that entered the door at 11, this really worried and disturbed my mother. A knock or short breathing space between checkout and cleaning might make it smoother for people leaving. The host is aware of this and was graceful in accepting this error.
