The Space:
Bedroom 1: The First bedroom is located on first floor with a queen size bed and a desk.
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom is located on the first floor with queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Third bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed
Bedroom 4: Fourth bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed
Bedroom 5: Fifth bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed, desk, sofa and 50" Smart TV
*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Washer and dryer included.
There is a sunroom with 10 person seating.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

The property is a short drive to Ocean View Beaches, Downtown Norfolk, Norfolk Airport and Virginia Beach
Getting Around:
Guests are given five parking spots in the driveway.
All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Summary: Property good of been better for the money. It wasn't clean as it should be. The 1 glass door to the kitchen when we arrived had I don't know what it was smeared all over it. There where dead flies everywhere. The big table in the sun room wasn't wiped off and the floors were not swept. It's out dated but it properly taken care of it could be a nice place to stay.

Summary: We came up to visit family in the Navy, the home is conveniently located to base and to the beach. There are several parks nearby to take the kids. The bedrooms are all a great size and we loved the back sunroom - it made having a larger group more accommodated. The back yard was perfect; chairs, fire pit, and just enough grass space for the kids to enjoy playing.

Summary: I hate writing anything other than a good review but we really truly weren’t all that happy with this rental unit unfortunately. When we arrived all the dirty linens from the previous persons stay were still piled up in laundry bags in our living room along with the cleaning supplies and we had to actually reach out to find out why and then wait about an hour until they actually arrived to pick that all up. Plus there was what appeared to be a piece of dog feces in the corner of one of the bedrooms and gum stuck to the bottom of the bathroom garbage can. But the MAIN issue that was most frustrating is that the refrigerator didn’t work for over 24 hours and we had to go out and buy ice and try to live out of a cooler to save all the food we had just gone out and bought until they finally came out to fix it. Very poor. We would not stay here again

Summary: Lots of bedrooms for the $$, and I slept well. T he kitchen was nicely appointed. We had a big meal in the sunroom which was nice, used the gas grill (I had to get new gas) and threw some logs on the fire pit. The yard was nice to play slam ball with the teenagers and the wifi signal was strong. Overall a very solid stay and I would consider renting it again. Tesseract rentals was responsive and they left us enough towels. Thank you!

Summary: Cute home in a charming neighborhood that was close to everything. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. If they had black out curtains, we woulda been in heaven. LOL.
