The real attraction of this home is the views, the wildlife and the location, along with all the amenities needed for a great stay.
The whole home, pool, patios, & yard will be available to you during your stay.
The pool at this property is heated via heat pump, which draws in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun, therefore during the cooler months (mid-November through March) the pool will not be warm like it is during the warmer months of the year.
While there should be no problem heating the pool when the outside air is warm, unforeseen weather or equipment malfunction may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay. No refunds will be provided for equipment malfunction or due to weather related issues such as, but NOT limited to temperatures below 50 degrees.

Summary: Needed a change of scenery in my hometown. Booked this home and didn’t want to leave. I felt the interior to be warm and comfortable. Lots of outdoor space. The land the house sits on I think is very special. A hideaway with a view that was inspiring. I would stop to stare at the mountains and forget time was moving by. The pool really added a nice touch to the entire experience. I will absolutely stay at this house again.
