Summary: Our room was not up to par the bathroom needs help, the sink faucet moved , the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet made a continuous noise we had to giggle the handle to shut it up. Our room was in front of hotel and the noise from local traffic was so loud we Did not get any sleep at all, we would not stay here again.

Summary: Best staff, culture and restaurant (by far) in Chattanooga. Stay at the others but live at the Read House! You may even find their ghost is better to hang out with than most people ,lol. Take the tour of 313 and get the history of the rest (Al Capone) during the best 30 min of education you can spend. If you can’t sleep, get up and walk around, the night shift security is some of the best folks you will ever meet. 6 stars!

Summary: The rooms were great and clean. I was expecting to stay in a historic hotel and to go from the lobby up to our rooms and the elevator doors open and its teal and bright didnt match with the rest of the hotel and threw off the vibe. I was very disappointed about not being told i wouldnt be in the historic part of the hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday
