The location was ideal—close to everything needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. My host (Monica) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a few local recommendations made my experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

Positive: The suite is great for stays of several days, with kitchenette amenities and a comfy sitting area with TV. Parking is right outside the door. Downtown Fredericton is steps away. We enjoyed breakfast in the breakfast room several times, giving us the opportunity to get to know the hosts a bit, appreciate the gracious period home and learn about the history of the house and families.

Positive: The Welcome by Monica and John was tops. The room well appointed. You can see that a lot of thinking and planning went into making this B&B truly remarkable. It is like staying at home, very comfortable.
