This fabulous executive quality OCEAN VIEW penthouse is now available once again after a long term rental. It is ideally located in an iconic steel and concrete building by the ocean, parks & Victoria's vibrant Inner Harbour. The stylish two bedroom/two bath condo offers panoramic ocean, city and mountain vistas from all principal rooms and the two sun-drenched furnished decks. The Reef is is situated steps from Victoria's vibrant downtown & scenic Fisherman's Wharf yet in the quiet upscale neighbourhood of James Bay. Many delightful shops, restaurants and amenities are a short stroll or boat ride from the doorstep. No need for a car in this location but secure underground parking is available.
The sunny south-west facing suite features gleaming maple floors, soaring ceilings, 2 gas fireplaces & floor to ceiling picture windows showcasing the ever-changing views and amazing sunsets. The main level has an open plan living room/kitchen/dining room, huge deck with a new barbeque and a four piece bath. The gourmet kitchen offers all the chef requires-a Wolf gas stove, double stainless fridge, dishwasher & microwave. Black granite counters & an eat-in bar complete the picture.
Downstairs are the two bedrooms, a full ensuite bath, laundry, office area and separate entrance. The sumptious master bedroom is huge and has an adjoining private deck, walk-in closet plus it's own gas fireplace. There's a double murphy bed in the smaller second bedroom.
The condo has a secure underground parking space as well as visitor parking.

Summary: The property and location were wonderful for us. Most importantly the property manager Nancy Martin was fantastic. She is a great communicator and responded quickly to any of our questions. She is friendly and welcoming - including flowers and wine and a personal connection. She was extremely helpful in addressing every small detail and went beyond expectations to make our stay was very comfortable. Thanks to her we enjoyed a wonderful new sofa and coffee table. She obviously cares and makes sure guests are well served! Thank you for everything.

Summary: We love James Bay, as it has a small-town, real neighbourhood feeling. This penthouse was extremely well managed and equipped. The view was gorgeous, and the condo extremely comfortable and bright. The property manager, Nancy Martin goes out of her way to ensure your condo meets your expectations and is always immediately available for any small issues that might arise. The owners are fortunate to have such a reliable, helpful and efficient property manager! An excellent experience staying at The Reef, with its stellar location quiet,very clean building , high-end kitchen equipment , and a great property manager. Already booked another month there for next year.

Summary: This was a great spot for my husband and I to stay for the month. Loved having the two floors, both with outdoor space. The view is unbeatable and the location is perfect for exploring James Bay and Downtown area. Plenty of amenities in the apartment for whatever you may need during your stay. Nancy was a lovely host. Summary: We really enjoyed our month long stay in this fantastic two story penthouse condo. With the unique architecture and two south facing balconies, we loved having our morning coffees while enjoying the beautiful vista. The condo is fully equipped, in a great location, next to fisherman's wharf, across from a park, several coffee shops and eateries, yet close to downtown without the bustle and noise. We really appreciated Nancy, the property manager, who took great care of us, responding immediately to any of our concerns, and made us, including our five month old pup, feel very welcome. We are so pleased to have had this experience, and would love to go back!
