Positive: We have stayed at a Krabi hotel nearby a year ago. Pelican is serviced residence/apartments with a mix of permanent residents and visitors such as our group. The location is excellent with easy walking to convenience stores, restaurants and beach area with many restaurants. The facilities at the Pelican is very spacious and comfortable nut as a serviced apartment there is no restaurant, cafe oe convenience store on site so need to go out to get food and supplies. Staff were all very friendly and helpful on ensuring a comfortable stay.
Negative: We found that beds and pillows are due for replacement, at least in 2 of the 3 units that we rented as a group. The facilities are under some renovation so this is beyond managements control to some extent. There was a water cut the day we left and no notice was under the door to forewarn visitors. We subsequently found that a notice was on the notice board; OK for the residents. The units appear to be musty during the stay but it was raining every day.
Summary: Pelican Residents is a place to stay in Krabi; spacious and great location.

Positive: We loved the location and the resort as well. The staff were very good withe service been excellent We liked the location, size of the apt, very modern and clean. Pool was great and the staff were excellent. When we arrived, we were met at the foyer and explained how every operated by obr if the resort staff. Anything we asked for was quickly accommodated We would have liked the restaurant to be open for breakfast however we could still get coffee and drinks if needed. No issue though as there was a number of places close by for breakfast we lived.
