Summary: We felt like the room should have been better vacuumed. We checked in late at night, so it wasn’t until the next morning when we began to notice some issues. The carpet had not been vacuumed because we found crumbs, broken glass shards, and candy on the floor. With that being said, I called the front desk and they were very prompt in getting the carpet cleaned.

Summary: The staff was nice, the room was dirty, hair in the bathtub from previous people. Pool Was cold and no lights at Pool area for after dark. Would Not stay at this place again

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The facilities were clean and comfortable, the staff was super nice and helpful, and our room was perfect! We slept well, and we can't wait to return someday soon!

Summary: No complaints on the condo. Very nice and comfortable accommodations. The indoor Waterpark however was pretty dirty. The water was very cloudy and you could visibly a film on top of the water. The outdoor pool area was very clean and nice. Just wished it stayed open longer. The outdoor courtyard area was very cute. Would stay again in the hopes the indie part would be taken care of better. Location is great!

Summary: This was family trip and everyone had a great time. Check in was easy. Room and beds were excellent. Pool areas were fantastic. Will go back and recommend to family and friends

Summary: Hotel its self was great but had a midnight disturbance that we all had to wake up. Especially my kids. Did not appreciate that at all.
