Summary: Old hotel that was cheaply renovated. Our room was very damp and had a mildew smell. Paint was chipping off the bathtub and tile walls that they painted white to make look better. Knob to adjust shower temp was broken so couldn’t adjust temperature of the water. Part of wall was rotted and cheap baseboards use to try and cover up. Room was not cleaned after day 1 nor did we have clean towels or wash rags. I had to go to front desk to request. Beds were not comfortable. Great location for us as our friends boat was at Marine Max. We also enjoyed the bar Encore that was walking distance from our room. Price charged per night and extra resort fee was not worth it and should be significantly lower.

Summary: Enjoyed the property and Encore. Staff were friendly. Only issue was there was a smell coming from the AC. Other than that the property is clean and provides entertainment to guests.

Summary: Its over priced no real breakfast parking could be better and directions to your room needs help the elevator is not set right to stop on the floor you want people getting lost asking me were something is the bathroom was not clean hairs on shower walls

Summary: We stayed in the king deluxe lake view room. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. The convenience of the bars and restaurant being easy walking distance from hotel with security patrolling. The adult pool was fantastic and there is a little boutique! The restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious. The Sky Bar with live entertainment just completed our evenings. I was most impressed with the owners. They walk around and introduce themselves and ask if everything is ok. They even assist their staff in cleaning spills and clearing tables. Owners who take care of their staff in that manner definitely takes pride in their business!

Summary: Alaina and Sam at Encore restaurant/bar were excellent servers Food was delicious. Pool was relaxing and still a fun atmosphere with the DJ Great Band over the weekend also!
